▍Member Account and Password Security

When registering, you must set an account and password, and you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and security. Any use of this Website that follows the prescribed login procedures and matches the registered data will be deemed as your own use, and you shall be solely responsible for all resulting actions. In particular:

  1. If your account or password is stolen, or if any security issue arises, please notify the Company immediately.

▍Transactions

  1. By conducting transactions through this Website, you agree to the product descriptions and pricing mechanisms, and you undertake to abide by the relevant transaction rules.
  2. All online purchases are based on the records kept by this Website. In case of any dispute, the electronic transaction data shall serve as the basis for determination.
  3. If you discover any errors or changes in your data, please correct them immediately and notify us to avoid affecting your transactions. You may not claim discrepancies in data as a reason to deny an order or to refuse payment.
  4. Before you receive a formal “Order Confirmation Notice,” the Company reserves the right not to accept an order or to cancel shipment. Any automatic system-generated response is merely an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and does not constitute confirmation of a completed transaction. If the product or service information (including but not limited to specifications, descriptions, images, prices, or delivery time) is incorrect, the Company may cancel the order within three (3) business days after the order is placed.
  5. If a member frequently returns goods without proper reason, arbitrarily cancels orders, or otherwise causes operational difficulties or disturbances, the Company may, depending on the circumstances, refuse transactions, suspend home delivery services, or cancel membership.

    • Products shown as out of stock on the product page.
    • Items that require special procurement from suppliers.
    • Orders that exceed capacity or are affected by abnormal supply conditions.
  6. When you conduct transactions through this Website, you may exercise your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws. In the event of any doubt regarding a transaction, the interpretation most favorable to the consumer will apply.
